The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in executing catering orders and events. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, transporting supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders
• Transport and deliver food, beverages, and supplies
• Arrange chairs, tables, and buffet lines as requested
• Replenish food and beverages during events
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas during events
• Clean up after events and return equipment to storage
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow safety policies and procedures

Note:

Job duties may change as needed to meet organizational needs.

• Previous customer service and catering experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Must adhere to dress code
• Availability for event-based hours
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training

This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
