Hartford Health Care at Home is seeking a Visiting Registered Nurse to support the Watertown area. This float RN position covers Watertown office coverage with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and one weekend per month, plus one major and one minor holiday per year.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team using state-of-the-art technology to document services in patients’ homes.
