Oak Hill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support community programs in Watertown, CT. This part-time role provides clinical care, health monitoring, and meticulous nursing documentation across programs, with a Friday and Saturday 3pm-11pm schedule and 16 weekly hours.
You’ll administer medications, monitor vital signs, coordinate healthcare services, and promote health, safety, and independence for individuals served. A sign-on bonus of up to $4000 is available for eligible applicants.
