We are a family run winery, open 7 days a week throughout the year.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Cook at . The Head Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, developing and planning menus, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The Head Cook will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory and supplies, and collaborate with management on any special food-related events or adjustments to the menu.

• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong leadership skills for managing kitchen staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Inventory management and supply ordering experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant culinary certifications or degree is a plus
