Construction Supervisor

Our growing company is seeking to find a professional Construction Superintendent that would assist with medium-size to large size residential construction projects ranging in value of $500K-3M in the Greater Boston area. • Overseeing field personal, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, and other miscellaneous construction crews daily
• Schedule all facets of new home construction and/or rehabilitation for single family homes and up to 4 family homes
• Provide leadership and direction to construction personnel
• Take active role in emphasizing safety, quality and production, leading by example
• Coordinate equipment and crews and other job-related activities to maximize efficiency
• Protection and enhancement of public relations, company image, and company’s worth
• Have a strong working knowledge of all required plans and specifications
• Ability to oversee up to 3 residential single/multi family homes simultaneously
• Timely complete of assigned operations and stay within budget

• Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in supervising construction projects
• Must be able to proficiently read, dissect and understand site plans
• Determine excavation, foundation, finished floor, sewer and drainage elevations
• Use a site laser transit to verify grades and concrete heights
• Coordinate underground utilities and ensure correct placement
• Communicate precise data to excavators, subs and other trades.
• Strongly understand construction layouts, grading, and elevation control
• Manage and execute the complete construction of a house from the ground up
