What you can expect as our Graphic Designer:
You have a digital-first mindset—someone who is excited to create bold, accessible, modern visuals that move people to engage, learn, and act. This role is perfect for a designer early in their career who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow their skills across a wide range of media.
- Work on social content, web design, email graphics, print projects, campaigns, fundraising materials and other marketing materials—including direct mail and donor communications. You’ll be part of a supportive creative team committed to elevating the Perkins brand and advancing our mission.
- Strong visual fundamentals—type, layout, color
- Loves designing for social and digital spaces
- Eager to learn, iterate, and grow
- Cares about accessibility and inclusive design
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience (or a standout portfolio)
