Job Description
The Project Manager will manage multifaceted projects related to our Air Conditioning Systems and work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers. This role entails following the TTM “Time-to-Market” process to release products successfully into the U.S. market. Key responsibilities include understanding deliverables and work packages for various projects, manage project teams to execute project deliverables, and collaborate/align project tasks between project team members.
JobDuties & Responsibilities:
- Manage multifaceted Projects according to the TTM “Time-to-Market” Project Management Process
- Autonomously be able to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Identify critical path items to ensure measures are put in place to keep the project on track and on target
- Update stakeholders within the organization on status of the project and escalation items
- Identify risks in the project and work on proposed solutions with the project team
- Clearly define project scope and project deliverables
- Create a full project plan including, project budget, resources, scope, timeline, and risks
- Ensure project is on track and on time according to the project plan
- Define clear roles and responsibilities of the project team
- Coordinate with different divisions to meet project deliverables during product development
- Manage the project team to ensure engineering requirements are defined, executed, and verified
- Coordinate and create testing plan with the product development team to ensure features are tested and delegated to respective roles
- Lead and align technical decisions within project team
- Cooperate with supplier to meet requirements specified by engineering
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Certified PMP
- Experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Projects
- Proactive Worker
- Full-cycle project ownership experience
- HVAC industry experience

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
