Bosch Home Comfort USA – Watertown, MA (Regional)

Develop and deliver technical and sales training for contractors, installers, sales representatives, distributors, and engineers, focusing on air‑source heat pumps and residential/light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop equipment.

• Design and host classroom instruction, field demonstrations, and digital learning modules.
• Train participants in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality teams to ensure training reflects real‑world needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support distributors and contractors in building confidence with Bosch products.
• Maintain and update training materials to keep them current.

Up to 70% travel within the assigned region; virtual delivery available.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
• 10+ years HVAC field experience, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of heat pump systems and rooftop equipment.
• 3+ years experience providing technical training in classroom or field environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience with inverter/variable speed heat pumps.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC applications.
• Ability to create digital training content (videos, presentations, interactive modules).
• Familiarity with electrification, decarbonization, and energy‑efficiency market trends.
• Hands‑on HVAC service and commissioning experience.

Base salary range: $121,000 – $131,000 USD. Total compensation may include bonuses and other benefits.
