Salary: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience and shift). Bonuses: referral and performance. Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time.

- Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Help with mobility and transfers.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Follow infection control practices and training.
- Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA.
- Current physical exam within last 12 months.
- Current TB test results within last 12 months.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- CPR certification.
- At least 1 year CNA experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
