Salary: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience and shift). Bonuses: referral and performance. Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time.

• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow infection control practices and training.
• Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA.

• Current physical exam within last 12 months.
• Current TB test results within last 12 months.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current and valid CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year CNA experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
