Childwise ABA in Watertown, MA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism. You will help implement evidence-based interventions and support growth and independence.
Responsibilities include data collection, recording progress, and carrying out behavior plans designed by BCBAs; support ADLs and monitor behaviors. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 4:30–8:30 PM, about 20 hours weekly, with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$22.
