Job Description & How to Apply Below
Are you the night‑shift problem solver who keeps food lines humming?

Do you thrive on restoring a downed packaging line, dialing in a tricky changeover, and preventing the next stoppage before it happens? On our Third Shift, your craft directly improves equipment reliability and elevates glove quality for our customers.

Your mission overnight

Prepare, set up, and fine‑tune assembly and packaging equipment while meeting all food safety expectations.

Perform routine preventive maintenance across production machinery to maximize uptime.

Install new equipment, troubleshoot performance issues, and stabilize operations.

Complete assigned projects on time and in full compliance with food safety requirements.

Assist with cross‑functional Production/Maintenance tasks to keep schedules on track.

Work side‑by‑side with Production to communicate risks and quickly resolve safety and quality issues.

Apply OSHA and site safety rules consistently during all work and repairs.

Record accurate maintenance details—work orders, time entries, and findings—as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Use tools and shop equipment properly and safely.

Flag equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager and support corrective planning.

Step up for overtime and provide on‑call support when needed.

Handle other duties aligned with the role as assigned.

Must‑haves

Associate degree in a Maintenance Technology field or equivalent blend of schooling, training, and hands‑on experience.
1–5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Comfort with maintenance terminology and best practices; strong safety focus.

Collaborative, team‑first approach with clear communication.

Operational understanding of GMP, OSHA, and production workflows.

What to expect on the floor

Work occurs in live production areas with pronounced aromas, airborne dust from ingredients, and active machinery. Third‑shift coverage is required, with potential overtime and occasional on‑call responsibilities.
