Commercial Market Insights Lead supporting Disc Medicine’s first product launch and future pipeline assets.
Responsibilities- develop and execute market research and insights plans
- analyze primary and secondary data
- synthesize competitive intelligence
- monitor clinical and regulatory milestones
- collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs) to integrate findings into commercial strategies
- and oversee marketing analytics to measure effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10+ years in biopharma commercial operations
- strong project management, data analysis, and visualization skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities
- high integrity and adaptability in a small, dynamic environment
Focus on hematologic diseases, with emphasis on heme biosynthesis and iron homeostasis pathways; supporting early-stage clinical development and commercial activities; hybrid work setup in Boston; no specific travel noted.
