Senior Research Associate, LNP Production, supporting the development of lipid nanoparticle formulations for nucleic acid therapeutics.
Responsibilitiesdesigning, producing, characterizing, and optimizing LNPs across various scales, operating equipment such as mixers and TFF systems, troubleshooting formulation challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance genetic medicine delivery platforms.
Qualifications- BS + 5 years or MS + 3 years in chemical/biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields
- hands-on experience with LNP formulation, production, and analysis, especially for mRNA, siRNA, or similar cargos
- familiarity with process equipment and physicochemical characterization techniques
- strong experimental execution, data interpretation skills, and collaborative mindset
- focus on nucleic acid delivery, preclinical research, process development, and formulation optimization in a fast paced biotech environment of lateral cranial?
