Flagger / Parking Attendant – role at Pilgrim Parking, Inc.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Type: Part‑time (20 hours per week)

Arsenal Yards, Watertown, MA
Shift &
Schedule:
Friday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Direct patrons where to park.
- Traffic enforcement – keep traffic moving and disperse double‑parked cars.
- Ensure EV charging stations are operational.
- Complete daily shift paperwork: record the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in/out of the facility, contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, validated tickets and exception tickets.
- Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris, trash, clean windows, and without unapproved posters or decorative hangings.
- Provide the company’s service standards to each customer: maintain uniform appearance, greet, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank each customer upon exit.

- At least 18 years old.
- Independent, self‑starter.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Energetic, outgoing, capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
Physical Demands: stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. May need to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Work Environment: subject to weather conditions; regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. Noise level ranges from minimal to moderate.
