In-Home Therapist – 4‑Day Work Week

Join Northeast Family Services as an In‑Home Therapist, delivering structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions directly in clients' homes to support youth and families in Massachusetts.

• Provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth’s behavioral needs.
• Work with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Employ intervention techniques for children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders.
• Implement strategies for children on the autism spectrum.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and comply with agency policies.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI‑approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

• Optional 4‑Day work week: four 10‑hour shifts, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000.
• Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.
