Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

Location: Watertown, NY

Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Call: 1 week/month (1:4 rotation)
Admissions: Handled by hospitalist team

Patient Volume & Support:

• 24 patients per day

• 1 physician on-site

• Supported by 3 APPs

Requirements:

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) ABIM/Cardiovascular Medicine

• Proficient in standard cardiology procedures

• EMR:
  Medent

• Credentialing: 30 days (best case)

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based cardiology clinic

• On-site cardiac testing:

  • EKG, stress testing, Holter, device follow-up, echo

• Hospital procedures:

  • Consults, follow-ups, pacemaker/ILR implants

  • PET imaging, nuclear & cardiac stress testing

• Cardiac cath lab coming soon

• Teaching opportunities (ACGME/AOA)
