Mechanical Project Manager

Sentry is a self-performing construction firm and full-service EPC contractor, delivering design-build and general contracting solutions across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, agricultural, and energy markets. We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive results from concept through completion.

• Oversee mechanical construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align goals and resolve challenges.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans, maintaining accountability throughout each phase.
• Lead project teams and self-perform crews, setting clear expectations and supporting strong safety and quality culture.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, track costs, and report regularly on project status.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed — estimating experience is a plus.

• Strong experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or industrial mechanical systems).
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Clear communicator with leadership skills to guide teams and build client trust.
• Detail-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented.
• Familiarity with project management software and mechanical systems.
• Estimating knowledge is an advantage, but not the main focus of this role.
