This on-site role covers desktop PCs, printers, network equipment, and warehouse technologies, with both in-person and remote support via phone and ticketing systems.
You will troubleshoot issues, follow ITIL-aligned procedures, and document resolutions, time spent, and SLAs. Occasional travel and weekend on-call may be required.
