We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic’s legal team. You’ll support ongoing growth, negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensure compliance with US and international legal frameworks, and manage litigation. Responsibilities will grow with experience.

• Negotiate license and service agreements with healthcare organizations globally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area required and fully reimbursed.
