Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll assist in various stages of the truck body manufacturing process including paint prep areas or assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly and construction of truck bodies
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support skilled tradespeople such as welders and fabricators
• Perform quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
• Other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints is a plus
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
