We are looking for self‑motivated, energetic Kitter/Router General Labor Operator
, with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team in the industrial plant located in Watertown, SD.

• Operating on a stand‑up PIV’s – for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docks
• Kitting – fill orders with parts into kits
• Hot Parts – ensuring urgent parts get to our customer
• Able to learn multiple job skills
• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of products
• Load, unload, and stage products and materials
• Track and record units of materials handled
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic, dependable
• Able to work overtime as needed
• People‑oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Adaptable/flexible – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Detail‑oriented – would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
• Achievement‑oriented – enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail

• Night Shift 4:30 pm to 3:00 am
• Monday – Thursday – Regular Schedule
• Some overtime – Friday’s
• 10‑hour shift
