CNC Machinist – Dynamic Engineering SD, Watertown, SD
OverviewDynamic Engineering offers 52 years of precision machining experience and seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to join our modern facility, work with cutting‑edge technology, and contribute to quality‑centric projects.
Hours- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday (option to leave at 12:00 PM on Fridays).
- Approximately 5 hours overtime per week; additional overtime is available.
- Health insurance – $57 per pay period (option for employee coverage).
- Dental insurance – no charge for employee coverage.
- Life insurance – no charge for family coverage.

- Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.

- Make adjustments and fine‑tune machine settings for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
- Collaborate with teammates to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and materials.
- Experience with CNC programming and operating various CNC machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistent production of high‑quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills.
