Dakota Bodies is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Fabrication Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe work environment, driving production efficiency, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands‑on knowledge of fabrication processes, and a proven track record of developing teams in a manufacturing setting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth material flow, meeting production targets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.

• Lead and develop fabrication supervisors and production teams
• Ensure safety standards and quality requirements are consistently met
• Create and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Foster a respectful and positive team culture

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and production workflows
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement practices preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
