As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is currently seeking a self‑motivated Retail Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching.
- This position reports directly to the Retail Wireless Store Manager.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
Weekend availability required.
