Full Time:
Monday through Friday, day shift!

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating construction materials, tools and equipment in store and provide information on products.
• Check inventory availability, and accurately process sales transactions using the store's point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods efficiently
• Inform customers about ongoing sales and discounts
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Stock merchandise, organize displays, and help with inventory counts
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments.
• Place and transfer products correctly between bins for proper inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by regularly tidying shelves, aisles, and displays. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel

• Prior customer service or sales experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Basic computer skills for operating the point-of-sale system and accessing product information

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Previous experience with construction tools and equipment preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Physical stamina for loading/unloading products
• Flexibility and agility to bend, stoop, and reach
• Sufficient visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work
• Understand the speech of another person. Speak clearly so listeners can understand
• Sufficient normal limits of hearing
