We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to build and grow a financial planning practice that focuses on protecting and growing client wealth. The role is available for full‑time, entry‑level financial representatives. Compensation is performance‑based and includes earnings, bonuses, and other benefits.

• Grow client base by building new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and delivering a great client experience.
• Create personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage clients’ financial plans to help them achieve their goals.
• Grow relationships to support clients throughout every stage of life.

• Receive award‑winning training that supports the first three years of open‑book business building.
• Obtain Life/Accident & Health certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
• Pre‑payment/reimbursement for course tuition fees and books.

• Performance‑based earnings: 1–3 year average earnings $61 K–$119 K; top 25 % earn $137 K–$250 K.
• Additional income structure for training and early development, renewal income, bonus programs, and expense allowances.
• Support for licensing, certifications, and a fully company‑funded retirement package.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions and a desire to be a business owner.
