• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, legibly speak, and understand English.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Confidence in sales conversations and presenting solutions.
• Work extended hours and some weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pass state licensing exams.
• Commit to performance expectations, including service protocols, sales goals, and documentation.
• Favorable drug test and background records required.

• Experience working with minimal supervision.
• Six months of experience in route management, sales, or account management.
• Computer and mobile application proficiency.

• Communicates via telephone, face‑to‑face, text, and email.
• Lift/push/pull 25‑50lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100lbs.
• Extensive bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders, confined spaces, long periods walking or sitting.
• Use spray guns, bottles, hoses, inspection equipment, hand tools.
• Work outdoors and indoors under seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations.
