Base pay range: $31.78/hr - $51.49/hr.

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $31.78/hr to $51.49/hr, DOE; +$2.00 (Field differential).

This role focuses on performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for customer equipment across construction, agriculture, and power generation. You’ll develop your mechanical aptitude and access state‑of‑the‑art training.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agriculture, or power generation systems.
• Troubleshoot diesel technology systems and components (hydraulics, electrical, power trains, etc.).
• Work overtime when required (pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours over 8 per day).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
• Commit to lifelong learning and training to stay current with industry standards.
• Lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Travel to Butler and customer locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Two‑year associate's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Basic mechanical theory knowledge.
• Trade‑specific tooling (hand and pneumatic tools).
• Excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality.
• Independently self‑motivated.
• Proficient computer technology skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid U.S. work authorization; ability to drive company vehicle and meet insurability standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
