About the Role

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our strategic planning process--analyzing trends, collaborating across teams, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our Shareholders. If you love solving puzzles, optimizing performance, and working with smart, driven people, this is the opportunity for you.

• Analyze & Forecast
  :
  Dive into sales history and business intelligence to build long-term demand plans.
• Drive Accuracy
  :
  Monitor forecast performance and implement improvements that make a real difference.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  :
  Be a key player in our monthly S&OP meetings, aligning product, demand, supply, and executive teams.
• Support Innovation
  :
  Integrate new product launches, limited-time offers, and transitions into your forecasts.
• Report & Communicate
  :
  Generate supply chain metrics and reports that guide strategic decisions.
• Lead & Support Projects
  :
  Contribute to planning initiatives and support high-impact strategic projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Distribution, or related field--or equivalent experience.
• 1--3 years of experience in forecasting or supply planning preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards is a plus!
