Project Manager, Customer Service Rep

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Project Manager to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll help coordinate client orders, support our account managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a variety of promotional and apparel projects. • Assist with the management of client orders from start to finish
• Work closely with account managers, sales, and production teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain organized project timelines and status updates
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm product details and delivery timelines
• Help with proofs, mockups, and product selections as needed
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, tracking shipments, and managing inventory

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• A positive, team-player attitude
• Creativity and an eye for design is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software
• Previous experience in project coordination, promotional products, or apparel is a bonus, but not required
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
