• Assist customers in securing financing options for their vehicle purchase, including loans and leases.
• Review credit applications and work with financial institutions to find the best financing solutions.
• Present financing terms and payment options to customers clearly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive finance to ensure full compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the purchasing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing options.
• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales and finance goals.
• Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, lender programs, and finance-related laws and regulations.

• Must have 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of auto finance, lease agreements, and credit approval processes.
• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
