Vice President of Finance C

Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a growing tire manufacturer seeking a commercially minded Vice President of Finance. This executive will provide financial leadership, strengthen reporting and controls, and support long-term investment and growth decisions.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and management reporting.
• Advise executive leadership on profitability, capital investment, cash flow, and financial risk.
• Oversee financial controls, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Evaluate manufacturing costs, inventory performance, margins, and pricing structures.
• Develop financial models supporting expansion, equipment investments, and product initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and external financial partners.
• Improve reporting accuracy, financial systems, and decision-support capabilities.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and ownership.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.

5+ years in a senior financial leadership position.

Experience with in manufacturing, automotive products, tires, or industrial goods.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory controls, and capital planning.

Experience leading audits and implementing financial controls.

Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 annually, plus annual incentive
