As a DSP, Caregiver, or C.N.A. in one of our Jefferson programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal care, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role you will also transport clients locally (Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area), complete and maintain accurate reports, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

We provide paid classroom and on‑the‑job training and upon completion you will be a CBRF‑certified DSP/Caregiver.
