A healthcare provider in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse–Psychiatric to provide direct and indirect care within a behavioral health setting. The RN will assess, plan, and evaluate care in alignment with established standards. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking skills and an ADN, with preference given to those with experience in psychiatric nursing.

BLS certification is required.
