Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work from process operation documents to setup, adjust and operate CNC Mills including Mori NV5000 vertical mills, OKK
  600 pallet changing horizontal mills, and OKK
  500 horizontal mills.

• Perform and document in-process inspections during production using a variety of gauges and other precision measuring instruments.

• Read G and M code along with blueprints to verify process accuracy when needed.

• Work with Manufacturing Engineers and/or CNC Programmers to prove out new processes, tooling, and fixtures; provide input to optimize machining processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years minimum experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; may lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
