Apparel Production Specialist

EZ Promotion & Apparel is a fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in custom apparel and promotional products. The Apparel Production Specialist plays a key role in our production and fulfillment team, helping to bring customer orders to life. This position involves printing apparel, assembling (kitting) orders, packaging products, and assisting with shipping and receiving. You’ll ensure that every order meets EZ Promotion’s high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Operate and maintain printing equipment (heat press, DTF, and screen-printing machines)
• Prepare and kit apparel and promotional product orders
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control
• Organize, pack, and label shipments for delivery or pickup
• Receive, check, and stock incoming inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Assist with special projects and production needs as required

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Previous experience in printing, embroidery, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
