Shell Systems is looking for a dedicated General Operator for the 3rd shift in Watertown, WI. The role requires following work instructions, staging and unstaging, routine viscosity checks, slurry maintenance, loading and unloading production hangers on and off the robot system, inputting instructions into the computer, troubleshooting typical robotic situations, maintaining filters and cleaning floor and equipment, coordinating with Production Control and Engineering to maintain product flow, and operating an electric material lift.

• Read and follow work instructions.
• Stage and unstage materials.
• Perform routine viscosity checks.
• Maintain slurry as directed.
• Load and unload production hangers on and off the robot system.
• Input instructions into the computer.
• Troubleshoot typical robotic situations.
• Maintain filters, clean floor, and service equipment.
• Cooperate with Production Control and Engineering to maintain product flow.
• Operate an electric material lift.
