• Work from process operation documents to setup, adjust and operate CNC Lathes such as Mori Seiki SL403 and Mori Seiki NLX
  2500.
• Perform and document in-process inspections during production by using a variety of gauges and other precision measuring instruments.
• Read G and M code along with blueprints to verify process accuracy when needed.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers and/or CNC Programmers to prove out new processes, tooling, and fixtures; provide input to optimize machining processes.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  One to three years minimum.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a frequent basis; may lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
