9:30pm - 6:00am, Monday - Friday

Pay range: $24.45/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential

As a Production Lead, you’ll oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You’ll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.>

The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They ensure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.

• Aptitude for leading and developing subordinates
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

• Forklift driving skills (required)
• Physical ability: walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work in temperatures of 60 to 90 degrees
• Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis
