Are you ready to take your planning skills to the next level? At Wis-Pak, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Scheduler to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex scheduling puzzles, this is the role for you!

As a Production Scheduler, you'll be the backbone of our production process-creating and maintaining weekly and daily schedules that ensure everything flows seamlessly. Your mission will include:

• Optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
• Building production schedules using JDE planning systems to keep lines efficient and products fresh.
• Analyzing inventory and sales trends to forecast future needs.
• Collaborating across teams—from Customer Service to Warehouse to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Driving improvements in purchasing and scheduling practices to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Tracking performance metrics and ensuring promotional requirements are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (APICS certification a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MPS, MRP, DRP) and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and data graphing skills are a bonus).
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
• A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and precision.
