Scion Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site position in Pearland, TX. The role involves direct nursing care in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, and coordination of diagnostics with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting accurately, and educating patients and families. BLS and ACLS are required; TX RN license or eligibility is expected.
