Retail Assistant Manager

What You Bring
- Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
- Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity encouragement.
- Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to health and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred but not required with retail management experience).
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
