Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial at Sunbelt Rentals.

• Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within a defined territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new customers including commercial facilities, contractors, and event companies.
• Collaborate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey solutions utilizing Sunbelt’s full equipment and service offerings.
• Work closely with other Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to maximize penetration in new and existing customer accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Strong knowledge and ability in solution‑selling and high‑volume sales.

Solution‑selling approach with a proven sales track record and experience with high‑volume sales.

• Required to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 25 pounds or more.
• May work indoors and outdoors as required.
