Job Description

PEAK Genetics has an opportunity available to join our talented laboratory department in Watertown, WI! In this role, you will be a member of a highly skilled team supporting the evaluation and packaging of bovine products that are distributed around the world. As a Laboratory Technician for PEAK Genetics, you will be surrounded by people who are passionate about the agriculture industry, bovine genetics, and client satisfaction.

Hours Available:
Monday-Thursday 11:30am-9:00pm;
Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform processing work according to standard SOPs
• Evaluate samples for motility, concentration, volume, and quality
• Maintain accurate records and inventory
• Keep records on bull registration and enter in appropriate databases
• Operate and maintain lab equipment

Required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Capacity to work on feet and stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to learn and follow company protocols

Ideal

• Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office
