• Compensation: $40-$50 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Expert Service: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including full replacements of existing piping.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs accurately based on work orders.
• Customer Connection: Build trust by providing clear knowledge and exceeding customer expectations.
• Quality Control: Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried company truck.
• Administrative Accuracy: Submit timely, professional documentation, including invoices and timecards.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats to stay ahead of industry trends.

What You Bring:

• Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber License
  .
• Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in residential/commercial plumbing (drain cleaning, water heaters, toilet repair, etc.).
• Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills for both team and customer interactions.
• Growth-Minded: High integrity with a desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Reliable: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Standard Requirements: Must pass a drug screen and background check
