This is a full‑time Estimator role located on‑site in Waterville, Maine. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and blueprints to create accurate cost and material estimates. Key duties include analyzing project requirements, collaborating with project managers and contractors, preparing detailed proposals, and tracking costs during the construction process. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Experience with construction‑related software and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project stakeholders
• Experience in a construction or related technical role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
