How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
