Thomas College is seeking applications for a full‑time Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This is a full‑time 10‑month position responsible for the development, implementation, safety, and management of individual and group strength training programs for twenty intercollegiate programs.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Current CSCS certification in strength and conditioning
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Master’s degree and higher‑education experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Consent to and background check required
• Team member in the Department of Athletics and the college community
• Ethical, moral, and inspiring conduct
