- Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services to patients in accordance with professional standards and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines
- Screen and evaluate patients; develop initial and ongoing treatment plans; manage discharge planning and case management
- Maintain professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology therapy
- Maintain valid state licensure and stay aware of issues affecting the profession and healthcare environment
- Understand relevant billing models and provide quality care with appropriate goals and outcomes
- Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols
- Read, write, speak, and understand English for instructions, charts, memos, and reports
- Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation; basic internet navigation skills
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)
