Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a PSS to work with an Adult client in the Winslow area. This family could use your help.

Working hours:

Mon-Fri 12:00 pm‑4:30 pm;
Sat/Sun 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.

• Provide 1-on-1, client-centred care and services.
• Shifts are variable and primarily day shift; schedule can be built to meet your needs.
• Flexibility to work Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time in the desired location.
• Provide in‑home assistance as part of the client’s authorised care plan, including personal hygiene (bathing, grooming and oral care; dressing and undressing), meal preparation and feeding, transfer/mobility assistance, safe restroom use, and continence care.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, communication on telephone/email/internet, household chores (laundry, dishes, grocery shopping), and maintaining a hygienic residence.

• Up to 11 days of Paid Vacation/Sick Time.

• PSS certificate preferred but not required; must enrol in PSS course upon hire and complete within 6 months. Course fee reimbursement after meeting work requirements. Alternatively, possess and maintain an active CNA certification. Current PSS or CNA certification highly preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Successful background check.
